Visitor House Rules

We require all guests and visitors to provide identification and register prior to entering the apartments.

Please be informed that minors are not permitted on the premises without  company of a parent and prior registration.

Visitor hours are from 9AM to 9PM. The stay of additional guests overnight is subject to additional charges.

We prioritize the safety, security, and well-being of all our guests. Therefore, we do not condone or support any activities that violate laws, including prostitution, and activities involving minors that contravene the law.

Smoking and the use of hallucinogenic substances are not allowed. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to your Airbnb account if the use of these substances is detected on our properties.

To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood and respect for neighbors, guests are prohibited from hosting parties or events on the property.
