Guest Registration: We require all guests to provide identification and register upon arrival, as per local regulations or building policies.

No Smoking: Smoking and the use of hallucinogenic substances are not allowed. A deep cleaning fee will be charged to your Airbnb account if the use of these substances is detected on our properties.

Safety: We prioritize the safety, security, and well-being of all our guests. Therefore, we do not condone or support any activities that violate laws, including prostitution, and activities involving minors that contravene the law.

Minors: Please be informed that minors are not permitted on the premises without prior registration and without the company of a parent. If you are accompanying a minor, please ensure they are registered accordingly.

Quiet Hours: Our building and neighborhood quiet time starts at 10 pm.

No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood and respect for neighbors, guests are prohibited from hosting parties or events on the property.

Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and peace of neighbors. This includes minimizing noise, especially during late hours.

No Extra Guests: Unregistered guests are not allowed. We understand that there may be visitors, please inform us if you will have visitors. The stay of additional guests overnight will be subject to additional charges in the rates.

Pets Policy: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our home. However, service animals with proper documentation may be accepted.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in starts at 3 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM (please inform us if you need additional time).

Cleaning Expectations: Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged.

Security Measures: Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property and be cautious with valuable belongings.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues to the host immediately.

Utilities Usage: Please conserve water to reduce your environmental footprint.

Parking Regulations: Parking is not available.
