Thank You for selecting us during your stay in Medellin! If you are in Medellin on vacation, for business, or remote working, we pride ourselves on providing a calm, friendly, and relaxing environment for all our guests. We ask that you use the QR code to save our page on your phone, in case you need to register a visitor, or contact us.

About our Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is a local, upbeat, friendly and welcoming community. 

The school across the street (to the right of the building), is one of the top schools in the city. 

Across the street (In front of the building), you will find a small shop that sells ice-cream, chips, juices, and drinks. They have been opened for more than 40 years!

Within walking distance, you'll find local coffee shops, restaurants, and food vendors.

After 6PM, our neighbors make a variety of delicious "street food". From 6PM to 9PM (sometimes longer during the weekend), most of our neighbors spend time outside, enjoying music, drinks, and food.

Please note that, most of our local spots only accept cash.

There is a supermarket in the corner towards the right of our building (after the school) that accepts credit card, as well as the fruit and vegetable market across ​our the street.

We have a beautiful local church to the side of the Supermarket.

We are a 5 minute walk to La Terminal del Sur (Bus Station) and a 15 minute walk to the Metro Station El Poblado.

House Rules:

Guest Registration: We require all guests to provide identification and register prior to providing access to our building, as per local regulations or building policies.

​

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in starts at 3 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM (please inform us if you need additional time).
​
Safety: We prioritize the safety, security, and well-being of all our guests. Therefore, we do not condone or support any activities that violate laws, including prostitution, and activities involving minors that contravene the law.
​
Minors: Please be informed that minors are not permitted on the premises without prior registration and without the company of a parent. If you are accompanying a minor, please ensure they are registered accordingly.

Visitors: No visitors under the age of 18 are allowed without a parent present, all visitors must register before entering the building using the link: https://www.selectmedellin.com/visitorform

Smoking & Drug Use: Smoking and the use of hallucinogenic substances, including Marijuana or ANY type of drugs are NOT allowed inside the apartment. A deep cleaning fee of $200USD will be charged  if the use of these substances is detected.

Quiet Hours: Our building quiet time starts at 10 PM. 

​

No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our guests, parties or events are prohibited.

​

​Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and peace of neighbors. This includes minimizing noise, especially during late hours.
​
Pets Policy: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our home. However, service animals with proper documentation may be accepted.
​
Cleaning Expectations: Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged.
​
Security Measures: Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property and be cautious with valuable belongings.
​
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues to the host immediately.
​
Utilities Usage: Please conserve water to reduce your environmental footprint.

Parking Regulations: Parking is not available.

​

Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the 2nd-floor lobby, free of charge before 9 AM and after 3 PM, subject to availability. (Please note that laundry detergent is not provided.)

​

Smart TV: Our Smart TVs offer excellent picture quality and functionality for your convenience. However, access to streaming applications like Netflix or others is not provided. Guests are welcome to log in with their personal accounts if desired.
